As a communications intern at LogMeIn, a leading SaaS technology company in Boston, I was able to shadow and work with a team of communications professionals who explained to customers, journalists and analysts why LogMeIn’s view of their industry and their products were compelling, relevant and unique. Alongside the Senior Internal Communications Manager, I helped conceptualize employee communications, connecting LogMeIn’s employees from international offices and updating employees on important company news and events. Additionally, I conducted performance analysis of email open-rates and engagement levels within LogMeIn’s employee base to assess and refine its content quality.
