Carry out No Load & Load trial runs of HT/LT drives like CEP, BFP, Lube oil pumps, Fans, compressors Carry out oil flushing, chemical cleaning, hydro-tests, condenser flood test, Vacuum system, steam dumping, MOV/SOV/Control valve commissioning Involved in steam blowing and steam flushing. Commissioning and maintenance of hydraulic power units of fans and mills. Commissioning of Pulverising system, Air Pre-Heater and Air draught system. Commissioning of oil gun, igniters and soot blowing system. Commissioning of BOP such as DM plant, Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU) and FOPH. Capable to take quick action during emergency. Pre planning for maintenance work. Monitoring of running and standby equipment’s. Ensuring adherence to safety and environment practice and ensure Zero accidents
