Once Bhim is onto a path to solve a problem, he poured his passion and perseverance into the solution. It is amazing to see that level of commitment that Bhim has to see things through and how he put 100 percent effort to his work. A top notch engineer, he is also easy going, and many times bring laughter and jokes to the team, and any manager would be lucky to have Bhim in the team.
Swayam Prakash Dash
The word "Bhim" comes from the Epic Mahabharata wherein the character was renowned for his giant appetite and strength. True to the origin of his name - Bhim pursues targets relentlessly whilst remaining cool as a cucumber. I've worked with him through several projects spanning through the years in multiple organisations and i cannot recommend him enough as a friend and colleague or for that matter a person with a hunger to learn and excel. He has a very affable and approachable personality, strong technical acumen and has worked on the length of breadth of products in the Service Assurance Domain in some level or capability. His ability to laugh through the pressure whilst doling out solutions is his top attribute - this is not rare but something that i envy. No challenge is too big - no route too dark - he gets on with it without any premonitions. If Bhim is working on a project with you - rest assured that you're with one of the best in the business. I wish him all the best in all his adventures and hope to continue our camaraderie forever.
