Bill is amazing manager who effectively works to complete projects in a timely manner with the highest standards of quality. His ability to bring together various groups of people on a project and build a consensus among very opposing views is unprecedented. Bill also works to develop the staff around him and build on their strengths, while giving them the tools they need to be effective in their jobs. Bill brings the best qualities of a subject matter expert and an amazing manager together.
