Bhavna is an excellent scrum master, and efficiently runs the team through the Scrum ceremonies, helping those that are new to it to adopt agile, and ensures those who are adept at it get a fair say in the running of the sprints by following up on retrospective action points. Bhavna is commercially minded and also understanding when challenges arise. I would recommend Bhavana without hesitation.

Bhavna worked with me for several years, reporting directly or indirectly to me. In her last position, Bhavna was the Agile Team lead and was reporting to me. Coming from a testing background Bhavna understands Software development and this allows her to be an effective Scrum Master. She can involve the whole team in the Scrum process and manages efficiently the communication with the project stakeholders. During the time she reported to me Bhavna was able to not only coaching junior Scrum Masters but also manage several teams while reporting to management and customers the progress and issues.
