Guideline like GST, PAN Card etc • Responsible for Materials Data base creation in SAP ERP as per Standard company Nomenclature, Project Master in SAP ERP for Capital Materials procurement and Cost Centre in SAP ERP for Revenue Materials Procurement • Maintaining Information and generating reports on daily/weekly /Monthly/Yearly basis to fulfill MIS Needs, Vendor Aging, Plan Vs Actual • Leading & Handling accounts payable for multiples Vendor accounts • Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Cash Flow & Budget preparation • Manage Vendor Selection Process based on various parameters such as Price, Quality, Reliability, Support, Capacity, timely delivery etc • Effective management of vendor database as per Standard Company Policy • Conducting training for vendors to educate them about company's requirements and help them in improving their performance • Increasing savings by initiating and fostering relationships with Vendors to communicate on problem areas • Improving profits by reducing cost through steering items to preferred vendors and sourcing alternative items locally eliminating freight cost • Conduct negotiations with suppliers in regard to prices, quality, volumes, lead times, contract and payment terms for management Show less
