♦ Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent professionals. ♦ Managing Job sites accounts, allocation of Job postings on different job site like dice and monster for requirements. Coordinate with sub contracting companies for prospective candidates. Conduct Internet search using job boards like monster, dice, tech fetch. ♦ Recruiting Citizens, and Green Card Holders as per the client requirement for various projects on W2, 1099, or Contract positions. ♦ Negotiate hourly rates / salaries with candidates / sub contractors. Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks/Technical checks. Screen and format resumes for presentation of the candidates to the clients. ♦ Checking with the consultants if they are comfortable with the requirement as such. ♦ Before submitting the Consultants resume to the Clients /vendors, I will be keen to check with the Consultant and I also make sure that it may not be a double submittal. ♦ Once the interview is done. ♦ Follow up with the clients and vendors for feed-backs. Sourcing Methodology: ♦ Posting & mass mailing the requirements in the different jobs sites. ♦ Sourcing from all the possible channels like Job Portals, vendors list and Google groups through Extensive Referencing & Multiplication Show less
