  PST-ENGLISH: Primary School Teacher for English. Responsible for teaching English to students from grade 3 to 5. Write reports assessing the development of students and providing feedback to parents. Motivate and encourage students to write for school magazine and newsletter. Write articles for school magazine. Conducted a workshop for the Primary school teachers for capacity building in the area of differential teaching. Prepare question papers for Term examinations. Plan and organize co-curricular activities for students.NOTE: Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Following COVID 19 – Lockdown, have been teaching online through Google Classroom. Raising to the situation, I have upgraded my technical skills by learning to use Power Point, Google Slides, Google Forms and making Videos using the Video Maker. The need to re-strategize the assessment techniques have led me to use Kahoot and Mentimeter during the online teaching-learning transactions; which have given excellent results in my assessment of the topics taught.Further gauging the need to re-vitalize the Activities to suit the requirement of the online classes, made changes to the instructions given to the students regarding submission of assignments using WhatsApp, Gmail and Google Classroom.Conducted Online Tests and Exams by using the Google Forms and Viva – Online using Google Classroom platform.Have identified the need for brainstorming for a change in Evaluation structure – to tailor-make it; rendering it effective and suitable for online teaching-learning format.
