  Cooling rate determines strength of the weld joint and to make it suitable for applications. A-TIG welding process mainly focuses on increasing the depth of penetration The results of this work show that the A-TIG can greatly enhance the weld penetration in TIG welding. The improvement in the weld penetration is due to arc constriction which is a result of channeling of arc by the fluxes.   To Find the Root cause and eliminate Brake tube Failures Brakes play a major part in stopping which throws the car weight forward on to the front wheels. It should be appropriate, as it leads to major accidents. Due to improper bending profiles and cracks found on the tubes ,there were many defects. Analysis was carried out only by considering the part as the defect but after doing the vehicle level analysis it was evident that problem was with the mating of brake tube and the brake drum leading to brake tube crack. Fixture modification is done to reduce the stresses induced during the installation (Bending). Show less
