Operational Excellence: Lead operations teams responsible for streamlining processes and implementing systems, tools, and measurement across all of Paxos’ go-to-market functions including Marketing, Business Development , Partnerships, and Customer Success. Analytics and Insights: Lead a team of analysts to generate actionable insights that drive informed decision-making to help accelerate Paxos’ growth trajectory. International Expansion: Oversee the development and execution of new market entries to help establish Paxos’ global presence.
