Bhaskar is one of the best engineers that I knew at Marvell. He is a very versatile engineer, but among other things, I think that his main strengths lie in making a complete link level simulator, understanding specs such as LTE and WiMAX specs, thoroughly, and analyzing problems intuitively. Bhaskar is not only smart but also hard working, and these qualities make him one of the best engineers at Marvell as well as in the whole wireless communication industry.
