I have had the opportunity of knowing Bhargav from close quarters while I was the VP-HR ( Head HR) at India Power Corporation, Nellore, India. Bhargav is an excellent plant operations engineer and had greatly contributed to enhancing the plant efficiency parameters such as the boiler and turbine heat rates, reducing specific oil and coal consumption rates, reducing auxiliary power consumption, etc. In addition he had also successfully worked on reducing the cost of the bed material for the fluidized combustion boiler, by coming up with suitable alternatives that could be locally sourced and therefore was much cheaper. Besides, he also turned out to be an excellent leader when he was given the opportunity of training newly recruited engineers to man the plant's turbine and boiler desks; I have, therefore, no hesitation in declaring that Bhargav would be an asset to any organization that he works for.
