I had the pleasure of working with Bharathi for three years at ALUNASA. During this time, he supported me big time on QMS implementation and factory Quality control. I was particularly impressed and appreciate the efforts on one of our project with perlato limestone façade UCW panel inspections, it was really challenging and almost the inspections like microscopic levels he lead the inspection team and they did that well. Managing Over all QA/QC Department(Factory/Site/QMS) Leading and mentoring the QA/QC Engineers (Factory and site), and ensuring effective implementation of the Project requirements and company systems, principles and objectives. Monitoring &Controlling all ISO requirements & documentation through periodic Audits. Performing the development of QA/QC procedures, Inspection, reporting procedure and ensuring the project contract requirements are in line with requirements. Providing input and support to the subcontractor/supplier thru evaluation processes and monitor subcontractor/supplier performance thru Continual Improvement process. Providing checks of the project’s status of QA/QC implementation. Reporting to General Manager on the Adequacy and Effectiveness of QA/QC Management Systems at project level and recommends areas for improvements.
