  QADEX is a Food Safety and Brand Protection Company. I have worked in four modules of QADEX from scratch using Ruby on Rails, Node, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery and HTML. 1. Customer Complaints Manager - Customer Complaints Management covers the entire cycle from consumer to full investigation and root cause analysis across food supply chains. 2. Vulnerability Assessment - This module would help the user to carry out more complex risk assessments by setting up areas and variables within these areas and set up RA frequency for every area. It will allow users to do a supplier risk assessment as well as individual product risk assessments. Product risk assessment can also be done site wise which feeds into a site wise product risk assessment report. 3. Product Launch Manager - This tool is used to manage and track projects and individual tasks. Users can set up project templates with tasks, online forms (to collect data) and attachments. This project is upgraded version of NPD project. We have integrated the bryntum plugin in this project as an advancement. 4. RASFF Alerts - The Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed would help the manufacturers and suppliers to get the matched alerts for their products.
