Our manufacturing facility, one of the single largest investments in the Sri Lankan baking industry, is situated within the Ekala Industrial Zone. Our state-of-the-art equipment enables the provision of baked goods that adhere to the highest international standards of hygiene and quality to the Sri Lankan populace. Our chain of distribution covers the length and breadth of the island. We are the first Sri Lankan bakery to obtain ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certifications. We are also certified to the FSSC 22000 standard related to food safety and management systems. As such, the company is regularly subjected to both pre-arranged and impromptu audits by accredited international bodies such as SGS, YUM and RBI. We are the first, and currently the only baker to introduce frozen baked and par-baked produce to the local market. Our product portfolio includes Bread, Buns, Burgers, Cakes, Cookies and varieties of Frozen and Par-Baked products.
