  Physical stock take analysis against stock take done at warehouse on quarterly basis from JM finance team. Coordinating with channel associate to fulfill correct document to initiate material unloading from containers arrived at warehouse after full inspection of containerised shipment. To ensure customer dispatches for planned day, detailed discussions are held with shift supervisors. Ensuring updated MIS to be mailed to representatives to received correct information regarding arrival and dispatched material. Implementing 5s. Process list of warehouse stock in hand and process information for material transfer of material from warehouse to plant.
