It is rare to come across such a hard working, energetic, influential and inspiring manager and mentor. Sachin was a true catalyst and creator of the innovative FHAB (TradeRevs internal culture) as well as the fresh and energetic brand that is TradeRev in the auto remarketing industry. I admired his determination and ability to motivate, support growth, go the extra mile, generate innovative ideas (on the spot) and dream BIG! I will miss working alongside him dearly.

Few people have the opportunity to work with a manager who is also a mentor. I was lucky to be one of those few while having Sachin as my boss. Not only that he built TradeRev’s highly efficient marketing department from scratch, he has also created a strong and motivated team, always ready to go the extra mile, following his lead. Identifying and nurturing the individual strengths of each team member, Sachin has been supporting our professional and personal growth. I have always felt encouraged and empowered in the work environment Sachin has created. While being part of Sachin’s team I’ve learned to dare and dream big in order to accomplish big goals, such as epic corporate rock concerts with crowds of dancing customers; successful VIP events around the world; hundreds of salespeople across Canada and the US equipped with fresh marketing materials and swag and much more. I’ve always been in awe of Sachin’s ability to inspire and get people on board with ideas in meetings and public speaking occasions. He’s got this contagious drive and passion for what he is doing and charges everyone around with creative energy. Sachin has been leading our team by example of a strong work ethic and dedication. He is also extremely fun to be around; his sense of humor and love for music make him a great office neighbor and travel companion. My experience of working with Sachin was immensely rewarding and he is one of the reasons why I enjoy my work so much.
