This involved providing clear direction to sub managers, supporting their personal and professional needs in a highly kinetic and dangerous environment and ensuring the teams remained focussed and motivated throughout.• The senior manager in co-ordinating all professional training of up to 150 personnel. Responsible for the planning and resourcing of this training up to 3 years in advance ensuring all personnel meet their yearly training objectives.• Trained in dealing with the media and experienced in doing so on the local, national and international spheres to the written press, radio and television. Ensures clear messages are relayed through these means that support the strategic media plan.
