  Initially hired as a production associate (while still a student), I sorted and prepared donated overstock and excess retail inventory from organizations for distribution. As the company rapidly grew, I built and managed our production team and took on added responsibility as International Purchasing Manager in 2010 after completing my BS degree in Business Management and Marketing. I established our production and inventory control processes from the ground up as our product portfolio grew. Increasing from 6 associates to as many as 100 during peak season, we grew from one sorting station to three staging areas, multiple shifts, and 8 assembly lines—now producing more than 10K kits per day.As a key contributor to our executive team, I collaborate cross-functionally to forecast needs, track schedules, and support decision-making processes.At Blu, we do *everything possible* to help organizations focused on serving their communities.
