      Responsible for managing developing and implementing fair housing training priorities as part of a U S Department of Housing and Urban Development initiative throught the national fair Housing Training Academy( NFHTA). NFHTA provided training in fair housing laws and investigative processes which were designed to define national standards and improve the performance of Fair Housing Assistance Program (FHAP) agencies throughout the US. Responsible for developing five (5) week fair housing training curriculum for fair housing investigators and professionals by defining investigator competencies, benchmarking nationwide standards, and identifying best practices.Served as liaison with the Housing and Urban Development Department, USDA Graduate School and FHAP agencies. Responsible for identifying new partners, marketing, building capacity and communicating NFHTA direction and policy. Trained more than 2000 persons including more than 150 who completed the the full Five Week Program. Recruited and developed more than 40 faculty member.
