Beverly is one of the best account managers I ever met. She was the main lead of the IBM thinkpad account and thanks to her lead Agere Systems modem has been designed into the Thinkpad increasing significantly the market coverage of the Agere Voice-ban modem and pentrating the than pioneering mobile market with the MiniPCI form factor. Beverly has excellent communication skills and is able to engage customers and earn their trust with her deep understanding of customer needs and way of thinking. I must clarify that IBM is not an easy customer and her ability to engage with that customer so smoothly was remarkable.
