  I'm a home based special projects, provider liaison, and communication specialist within managed care for Your Hearing Network. My primary focus is working with the VA and the CCN program, which I have been managing for over three years. It is an honor to help serve our veterans. I work hand in hand daily with TriWest and local VA hospitals/clinics in every state, along with our vast provider network and veterans through the Mission Act in order to assist with obtaining hearing devices through the VA. I case manage heavy volume clinics for approval of testing, new hearing devices and related services, overseeing paperwork processing, billing, and assuring VA and provider compliance. Through Your Hearing Network, I maintain acquisitions, enrollment, training, compliance, contracting, and process sops for managed care plans for thousands of providers in our network. Outside of the VA CCN program this includes, the Federal Employee Program through BCBS as well as a worker’s compensation plan through One Call Care Management.I am dedicated to helping people hear again.
