I worked with Bev for a year on a complex UX project involving multiple design and development agencies and loved the passion and expertise she bought with her. Bev is a highly capable and experienced UXer and her deep understanding of cross-team roles and responsibilities was incredibly helpful in identifying risks and dependencies and implementing a UX process and hand-off that mitigated risk and supported the client and all agencies involved in the project. Bev’s communication is the thing I valued most about working with her. She had a brilliant relationship with our key clients due to her ability to explain the logic and psychology of her design decisions in a way which they could all understand. She took a lot of time to educate them on the Human Centred Design process and made a huge effort to bring them along the journey with us. She was also able to gently and effectively challenge them to ensure the best outcome for the project. I learnt a huge deal while working with Bev and would jump at the opportunity to work with her again.

I worked with Bev for nearly a year in 2021. Although all working was remote during this time, Bev showed that she was a thoughtful listener, soaking in the input from project colleagues around the world. This behaviour resulted in creative work that was consistently on point and delightful. Her deep knowledge, attention to detail, and honest feedback, made her a reliable colleague who made a difficult project remain within the bounds of possibility. I would recommend Bev without hesitation and look forward to opportunities where we might work together in the future.
