  As a ladies' resident assistant, my role is to encourage not only the girls in my hall but to also impact all girls in the ladies' dorm with proper leadership and sincere hospitality towards their peers. In the ladies' dorm, we provide hall worships on Mondays, weekly worships assembling all girls, etc. Our RA team not only form special bonds with the girls but to also encourage one other to reflect on God's character day by day.
