Created the ATB Program for students attending the Bryman School as a student success program. Anyone attending Bryman without a high school diploma or GED was required to go through this program. This program won the Wild Card Best Practices Arizona State Award and was integrated to other campuses across the USA for the High Tech Institutes. Taught Professional Development and gave presentations to faculty and staff on Crisis Management, Domestic Violence and Team Building using the Myers Briggs Temperament Interest Inventory. Assisted with graduations in obtaining speakers and was responsible for giving the invocation and introducing the guest speakers. Counselor to students and staff concerns. Show less
