Betty worked at the Illinois Theatre Association when I was a member of the group. Coincidentally we also shared office space. Betty was terrific in her position - friendly, precise, and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with her.

HMS Media, the company I co-founded nearly 30 years ago, has certainly won its share of acclaim and honors for the performing arts programs we've produced over the years. But we're only as good as our collaborators. Two of our most successful projects for PBS, "A Christmas Carol: The Concert" and "First You Dream: The Music of Kander & Ebb," could only have been as good as they were if we'd staged and shot them at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, and again only then if we had the collaborative spirit and support from Betty Boduch. On those projects, and a number of other smaller scaled shoots we've done at that venue, Betty has always demonstrated both her ability to make sure that we understand how to best work with her venue and facilitate all the actions necessary for that, AND her commitment to our projects and our vision for how those projects will best work. It's rare to find someone on whom you can depend both to be a terrific advocate for her venue and an equally terrific advocate for our work. Betty is thorough, reliable, very smart about how she does her work, and on top of that a delightful person to talk and work with. She is absolutely worth your time and attention, and anyone working with Betty will be better off for it.
