Betsy is a tremendous leader, motivator and mentor. I worked with her and later for her. Without a doubt, one of the best bosses I have had in my 35 years in the Payments/Fin Tech business. Betsy leads by example and knows how to drive results. She’s incredibly well rounded and adaptable. I would always bet on her success -no matter the challenge. She’s a great student of the business -always seeking to learn more, hone her mastery and achieve her own personal best. In today’s world, where so much is done virtually, strong collaboration skills are critical. This is perhaps Betsy’s best attribute. She’s a delight to work with and sets a high bar -helping others achieve more and setting new standards for winning together. I highly endorse Betsy for any challenge she accepts. Any future employer should know -she WILL make a real difference in your business!

I worked with Betsy as a peer when I was head of HR for the First Data, Financial Services. Betsy is one of the most talented leaders I have ever worked with. She is off the charts in IQ and EQ and is incredibly versatile, process oriented, strategic and knows payments/financial services extremely well. Her best attribute however is she is an amazing human. I'd love to work with Betsy again!
