I was the Director of the Design & Usability Center (now called the User Experience Center) at Bentley University for over 5 years. While there, I developed this fledgling consulting organization from two usability professionals and two graduate students to five professionals and twelve graduate students at any given time. The Bentley UXC serves corporate clients while providing real-world work experience to students.
