Bethiah is an incredible community advocate with a heart for helping and an eye for improving how community partners work together. In her role at Unite Us as a Community Engagement Manager, Bethiah built trusting relationships with various community partners in Spokane, Stevens, Whitman, Pend Oreille, and Ferry counties. In her work, Bethiah led the development of a community engagement plan to launch the Unite Washington network in over five counties. This included presenting to various stakeholders including frontline staff and executive leadership. In the 1.5 years as Bethiah's manager, she constantly demonstrated the Unite Us company values of Being a Good Human, Owning It, Always Collaborating, and Thinking Big. I would 100% work with Bethiah again.

Bethiah is an amazing human and one of the hardest workers I've had the pleasure of working with. Not only has she successfully built a network of community organizations in Washington, she built a connected, functional and active community - a model for other Unite Us teams to learn from. But, beyond her awesomeness, Bethiah is a dream to work with. She is always thinking about ways to improve the team and never hesitates to jump in and do whatever it takes to get the job done. While I'll miss working with her at Unite Us, I know that she will be a brilliant asset to any team that she joins in the future.
