Operations Manager
-
Nov 2012 - Jan 2015
I was responsible for all operations for the online and telesales department at the London Graphic Centre. The goal was to exceed sales targets by ensuring that excellent service was delivered at all times in response to orders received through the web, phone and email. I also collaborated with colleagues on website maintenance and promotional activity. This involved the production of content for maximum SEO and great user experience. As well as this I developed an excellent knowledge of Google Analytics to ensure the right results were being achieved.Important accomplishments achieved; When I moved into the mail-order department I improved staff morale by building strong relationships with my team based on mutual respect. My team fully embraced my style and vision and telesales revenue saw a 15% increase from the previous year. The knowledge I gained whilst studying for my CIM accredited qualification directly impacted on these marketing campaigns -Together with the in-house designer, I developed a product-based brochure. This direct marketing campaign was made with a specific target audience in mind and produced an ROI of over 1500%. I coordinated London Graphic Centre’s most successful trading day in over 12 years. London Graphic Centre Student Day 2014 was a huge marketing campaign that involved engaging with our student audience through university events, social media and email. The event was incredibly successful driving significant traffic online and footfall to the in-store event. Show less
