      Living on the campus, I was one of three supervisors responsible for the orientation, administration and care of 600 tertiary students who lived on-site in La Trobe University’s internal accommodation. Divided into five separate communities, my individual role was to manage the welfare and behaviour of one of the larger communities, which housed 200 residents. With an Academic Development portfolio, I was also responsible for the coordination of all academic programs and events for the 600 residing students. Day to day operations consisted of managing students through emotional support, academic support, organising accommodation, planning new residential events, supervising property maintenance, behaviour management and general admin duties.
