      A multi-million dollar company, Alchemy is the creation of James Beard Award Winner Chef Tim McKee & includes Twin Cities restaurants: La Belle Vie, Solera, Sea Change, & Smalley’s BBQ. As the Director of Marketing I developed a strategic integrated marketing plan for all Alchemy Group Restaurants, Tim McKee brand and ancillary products to drive brand awareness and restaurant sales. I leveraged cost-effective social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare, which increased customer followings by 5,000 people in 6-month period. I championed a Groupon campaign promotion which resulted in 3,464 coupons sold, a cash-influx of $34,640 and increased week-day covers by 250% at Solera Restaurant (at the time this was the largest amount of Groupons sold for a MN business). Target customers were tracked through online marketing tools including OpenTable, email campaigns, Google Alerts, and search listings, resulting in a 400% increase in customer database. I developed a target list of corporations and local meet up groups for private dining events which increased private party bookings by 150% monthly. ROI for all advertising mediums including web and print ads placements were evaluated with goal of reducing annual budget spending. I authored all copy for online ads, email newsletters, websites and marketing materials which resulted in full bookings for all pre-planned events, holiday, anniversary, and charity dinners.
