      I currently deal with all tenants. From returning calls, showings, application process, running credit, calling for references and determining eligibility. I execute all leases, move ins and move outs and anything in between. I take care of billing, assigning repairs, making owner deposits, and paying vendors. I communicate with owners in regards to the rental value, repairs, statements and any other concerns regarding their properties. My company manages approx 300 homes. We have 2 property managers and 1 assistant who is part time. We are able to provide excellent service to our owners and communicate effectively and sufficiently with all of our tenants. Show less
