I love working within telecommunications for Three, making sure I give 110% to everything within my job role. I moved back to the store to help grow and develop whilst studying at Cardiff University and look forward to what 2018 can bring! I have worked for the company for so many years that I am only going to grow and develop as an advisor further. My focus and strengths within this role for 2018 are: - Teamwork, making sure everyone is excited to be working in the store and how we can all support each other to excel. - Develop and progress to a more senior level, particularly looking at skills required for management roles. - Look into having more of a voice within the company and helping those who may be too afraid to speak for themselves. Moved back to my old store for personal development and progression within the company. Throughout this time period I progressed from 20 hours to a 37.5 key-holder position. Through this role I developed on my previous skills. The most important skills I gained were:- Team building. When I joined this team, it was a completely new and disjointed so helped it become a more cohesive team through team building exercises. - Managing people through being a key-holder there were certain days I had to run the store and make sure people were happy and performing throughout the day.- I also learnt how to order change, do banking, and how to open and close the store. - Hit and over-exceeded on all of my sale targets. - Retained 100% OSAT.
