  Committed to meeting the felt needs of my community and the world around me, my greatest joy in life is seeing people become all they were created to be and playing an integral part of that process. My involvement in both for-profit and not-for-profit agencies gives me an appreciation for the inner workings of such organizations, as well as the critical nature of how the organization interfaces with its clientele, especially in this digital age. In addition, my twenty-five years of ministry as church planter / pastor’s wife gives me a strength of will, a measure of grace, and an insight into best practices for navigating and serving the various personalities I encounter. I not only have varied work experience, but am highly motivated, and have a learning curve trajectory that allows me to teach and be taught nearly anything at a high level of excellence. My writing, administrative, organizational, clerical and public relation skills are outstanding, matched only by my attention to detail and strive for excellence. In more recent years, I have filled various positions including grant writer, content creator, fundraiser, event coordinator, executive administrator, board member, marketing director, teacher, staff development director and public relations facilitator. Regardless of occupation, one factor weaves in and through them all: I am frequenty sought out for counsel, and am always happy to actively listen, provide insight as appropriate, and connect each person to resources that will best equip them for their journey.
