Bethany is a joy. I worked with her as an immediate coworker for nearly two years. As a team, we expanded the recruitment and marketing efforts of City Year San Antonio. Over those two years, we moved the number of those serving at CYSA from 63 to 115 AmeriCorps members. Bethany is a wonderful team member with whom to work. She is supportive, bright, caring, and insightful. Her work ethic is admirable and she does not cease until a job is done. One of her greatest skills is her ability to identify the strengths in others and guide them to opportunities where those strengths will be utilized. She is loyal and fully invested in the mission and purpose of her organizations. I know she will continue to produce great work and be a huge support to the teams that she is a part of in the future.
