Immediately upon relocating to be a founding member she made an impact. Full stop, the Detroit office would not have had the success it did without her. Bethany has reached a level of mastery in the art of Bias for Action. She is constantly looking for ways to improve inefficiencies and build rigor into processes that have a broad impact on both her teammates as well as the company.
