BethAnne is one of the best managers for whom I have worked. She exhibited great care for each of her employees on a professional and personal level. The group that BethAnne managed was regularly challenged with balancing resources between short-term and long-term initiatives. BethAnne was an effective guiding force among us engineers with less than five years of experience. She taught us to direct our energy in order to have the greatest impact on the business. In additional to being a great manager of engineers, BethAnne has proven herself a great manager of front-line employees. She has done so by exhibiting a high level of care and appreciation for each individual.

BethAnne is one of the top process engineers I have worked with in my career. Her excellent diagnostic skills are complemented by her ability to interact with all levels in the organization. BethAnne had also taken on increasing levels of responsibility during our time working together. She often assumed the lead role for the Technical organization and excelled. Moreover, she mentored the other young engineers leading not only by example, but also by an unwavering dedication to producing a quality output.
