Bethann was one of my favorite people to work with at Interbrand Design Forum. She knew what was going on in any of the projects her team was involved with, whether she was personally part of it or not. Her engagement with any project began as soon as pen first hit paper, and did not end until the final design document left the business. Bethann is a leader by example. The feedback she provides to her team is positive and constructive, demonstrating how to perform the task as well as ways to make improvements. She is the first one there in the morning, and was there with her team until the wee hours of the morning when the project required it. Her talent, leadership, and wealth of experience culled from a high pressure environment makes her a valuable asset to any graphic production team.
