Her competence with computer automated drafting is well established. In the past year, she has expanded her capabilities to include Autodesk Revit. In addition to drafting capabilities, Bethani was responsible to coordinate a team of drafters throughout the U.S. indicating that she has leadership potential. She also organized our Autodesk licensing administration, conscientiously recommending reduction of the number of required licenses to match the actual usage by dedicated drafters and a pool of occasional users, indicating her understanding of business economics. To assist with interdepartmental collaboration, she worked with others to create an intranet Microsoft Share Point workspace to share commonly used documentation such as site plans, manufacturing equipment layouts, life safety / evacuation maps and square footage drawings. Energetic and personable, drafting does not define Bethani. She was exposed to a number of other project related work. She was involved with supporting an OSHA Process Safety Management program. Therefore, she has some experience working with a team of engineers and maintenance personnel and a project management position could be a possible future career path.
