In creating an extensive induction plan for the students, we constantly consider accessibility requirements and inclusivity, whilst maximising student satisfaction and safety. It requires the 'FREPs' to be seen as both an advisor and a confidant by the new students, proving reliability and compassion. Logistically, organising Freshers' Week also requires confidence and competence at working with suppliers, insurers and the staff at the University whilst adhering to a budget.
