My role is to help customers find the best mortgage for them. Whether they are moving home, remortgaging, looking to consolidate debts or wanting to release money, then I can help them. I have been advising people on their biggest financial commitment for over 10 years. The satisfaction comes from reducing peoples monthly outgoings considerably to give them more money to just enjoy life, or from helping them move into their dream home. I also enjoy helping with the not-so-straight-forward mortgages and can help if people are looking to purchase an HMO (house in multiple occupation) or if they have adverse credit and are finding it hard to get a mortgage. A big part of what I do is also making sure that their biggest financial commitment is protected, to ensure that it is only their choice to leave their dream home and not because unforeseen circumstances insist they do
