I have had the immense privilege of working with Beth for the last two years. She also had the added responsibility of training me. Beth is a natural leader, professional, and a supportive colleague. Beth always goes above and beyond. She is always a step ahead, thinking about how she can best support the students she works with. As a colleague, I have learned from Beth what it means to be a skilled and intentional counselor. Beth will be sorely missed at UMass Amherst. However, I know she will be an asset wherever she works in the future.

To Whom It May Concern: This is a personal reference on behalf of Beth Rochon. I had the pleasure of working with Beth at MassMutual Financial Group as a Communications Consultant. Beth has extremely strong written communication skills. Beth took on a variety of projects coordinating the written communications for our field training organization which included writing e-mails, articles and memos and letters directly from senior leaders. She also created and updated the content for our internal web-site pages. Beth displays a variety of impressive skillsets and competencies. She excels in multi-tasking and prioritizing her work load in addition to having excellent communication skills. Beth also has the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential obstacles of a project. While she was here she built solid relationships throughout our enterprise and has worked effectively with others. It has been a pleasure working with Beth and I highly recommend her for your organization. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions at 413-695-4896. Thank you!
