  Taught French from Years 7-13 and Spanish up to Year 9. Also co-led the Language Leaders Programme to teach Year 9 students how to become effective leaders and to teach a language lesson and host a Languages Day at Burford School. Organised and led languages trips such as the MFL day at University of Oxford, taking language learning outside of the classroom and into a real-life context. I posted on the school social media Instagram and Twitter pages to promote the MFL department and try to increase uptake of languages at GCSE, appealing to a wider audience. I also contributed to school newsletters following events. I took on the responsibility of creating French assessments and mark schemes for KS3, 4 and 5, ensuring that they were tailored to specific pupil needs and at an appropriate level. I also took a lead on the TAG progress during the pandemic, deciding on topics and skills to assess Year 13 students on.
