Beth was the Office Manager while I was working at Presence Advanced Imaging and before that when the company was Northshore Physicians Group. She was extremely efficient and organized. When it came to paperwork, documentation, scheduling patients, ordering supplies, and overall communication she made sure that the staff knew exactly what needed to be done, and followed up on everything personally. She is also very good at working with patients to make sure that they understand the procedures they are getting and any paperwork or billing that needs to be done with that. Overall, Beth took care of the ins and outs of everything that happened in the facility in addition to running radiology exams. Most of the time Beth knew what I would need before I did.
