Beth joined my team in the last year of my tenure at Clover Sport. She was brought on specifically to help stand up a PMO function and lead the business through its most difficult change period after an acquisition by Fiserv. During our one year together she demonstrated fierce leadership aptitude, always leading with passion, kindness, and fortitude. I was thrilled to see her jump into action, as she was able to build and effectively communicate our vision, motivate challenging teams and leaders, and champion positive change with finesse. As a change agent, there was no equal -- she brought teams together, built extremely effective processes, established better people methods, and led Outcome-Drive Operations Programs that the business benefits from to this day. She also helped me grow as a leader, always challenging me to think beyond my understanding and reinvent myself each day. I found myself frequently inspired by her perspectives and ideas, and I quickly realized she was on a path to take on a more impactful role. I promoted her to Sr. Operations Manager, where she again excelled by continuing to cultivate positive change culture, help teams mature, and peer-mentor her leadership team. Although we've gone our separate ways for now, I can't wait for the next time I have an opportunity to work with her.

Beth was brought in to support the formation of a regional technology consortium I was spearheading to advance technology in the Minnesota State College and University System. Beth’s superior facilitation skills, unmatched strategic thinking and keen eye on organizational change theory allowed the initiative to be successful. Without Beth’s contribution and leadership on the project, success would not have been possible. I strongly endorse Beth Hedger as an amazing volunteer coordinator/manager. Beth became a volunteer with Hacking HR in 2019 and in my role as a member of the program committee with Hacking HR, I worked closely with her brainstorming innovative topics, organizing meeting logistics; including locations, speakers, attendees, etc. She was instrumental in forming the local chapter of Hacking HR and helped give legs to the organization in the Treasure Valley. I would describe Beth as being extremely organized, focused, hard-working and a team player. Beth’s volunteer duties included managing all aspects of a grassroots volunteer organization such as marketing to the appropriate target audience and managing the program committee’s activities in Boise and the surrounding communities. The quality of her work was outstanding! Beth’s volunteer efforts with and contributions to Hacking HR have had a positive impact and are greatly appreciated. Based on my experience with Beth, I can wholeheartedly recommend her in any volunteer capacity or a member of a dynamic organization needing forward thinkers like Beth.
