  Over the past 10 years I have been part of an Agile team developing embedded software for a custom Operating System (OS). Our teams main responsibilities include software design, development, support, and training. I am the ISOBUS technical lead for this team as well as the Project Manager. Project Management responsibilities include backlog grooming, PSI/sprint planning, daily stand ups, release planning, support desk management, and stakeholder meetings. At least half of our team is located in Pune India; therefore, Web Conferencing Tools and the ability to manage work remotely has become a necessary part of our daily routine. In addition to my Software Engineering & Project Management responsibilities I am also an active member in our company ESOP and Culture Committees. I am responsible for budgeting, invoicing, quoting, and developing statements of work. In an effort to continue to grow my leadership skills I also participate in various leadership conferences throughout the year and have participated in our DISTek U leadership development training tracks.
