Beth and I have worked for Buck Consultants (now Buck) for at least ten years. We closely worked together to bridge communications and processes between HR and IT around the employee onboarding experience. Without her vast knowledge and experience, which she shared to standardize and improve the onboarding experience, the services my operations team offered would never have been tapped to support the Conduent executive group and other business units by just reputation within the company. Beth was always willing to work with me and my teams to review processes and standards to improve new hires’ experiences, and was never afraid to call for change.
