Behavior Specialist/Crisis Management Trainer and Consultant

Created and delivered over 100 training programs on managing crisis situations through the utilization of behavior management techniques; including proactive planning, crisis debriefing, trauma awareness and self awareness. Presented training to educators, law enforcement professionals, therapists and direct care professionals. Conducted workshops at local, state, national and international conferences.
