Beth joined Williams Parker in September 2019. She leads the firm’s administrative functions, including accounting, human resources, marketing, and facilities and is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the firm’s strategic objectives. Beth has over two decades of management experience in the law practice industry. She works closely with the Williams Parker Management Committee on strategic alignment, negotiation, finance, operations management, enterprise risk management, business development, and team building. Beth has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Chestnut Hill College. She received her MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and is currently Director at Large for the alumni association. She is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt through the American Society of Quality and a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management through the Legal Lean Sigma Institute.

Beth Collins, MBA, is the Executive Director of Volpe and Koenig, P.C., a 50 attorney intellectual property law firm with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Ewing, New Jersey. She is responsible for the oversight of all core operations of the firm, including finance and accounting, human resources, records, information systems, facilities and marketing. In addition, she directly manages a legal staff of over 40 legal assistants, paralegals and support services. With over 20 years of experience as a professional services firm executive, Beth has a strong track record in increasing operational efficiencies to achieve financial results. She has experience in all aspects of financial and administrative management. Before joining Volpe and Koenig, Beth was the firm administrator at Mannion Prior, LLP, in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Beth is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt through the American Society of quality and a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma. She is also a member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM.)
